Return & Exchange Policy

If the return is a result of the product being faulty, we will cover the cost of the product to be shipped back to us but will require photo evidence so we can investigate the fault.


All products have been individually checked for quality issues so we are confident you will receive yours in perfect condition.

Change of mind:

We understand that when it comes to online shopping, it's hard to find exactly what you want.


That's why we offer a 14 day return policy.


All products returned must:

* Be in the same condition as when first received.

* Must be unused, unwashed and unstained.

* Products must have all tags and packed in original packaging.


Please note, shipping costs from original order will not be refunded, only the product cost will be refunded.


If your product doesn't meet all the requirements as mentioned above, we will not be issuing a refund.
