We accept payments via PayPal and most major credit and debit cards.

All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia via Aus Post. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 days. Some items are taking a little longer than usual right now due to high parcel volumes and ongoing COVID-19 restrictions. Under normal circumstances we aim for: Same state: 2–5 business days Interstate (metro to metro): 3–6 business days Delivery times may differ for regional areas.

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to redirect your parcel, however, if it's already in transit it might be too late. Always double check your delivery details before placing your order. We will not be liable for any missing items due to customer errors.

If the return is a result of the product being faulty, we will cover the cost of the product to be shipped back to us but will require photo evidence so we can investigate the fault. All products have been individually checked for quality issues so we are confident you will receive yours in perfect condition. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

We understand that when it comes to online shopping, it's hard to find exactly what you want. That's why we offer a 14 day return policy. All products returned must: * Be in the same condition as when first received. * Must be unused, unwashed and unstained. * Products must have all tags and packed in original packaging. Please note, shipping costs from original order will not be refunded, only the product cost will be refunded. If your product doesn't meet all the requirements as mentioned above, we will not be issuing a refund. All shipping costs involved in returning the product will be covered by the customer.

Don't you worry! Cleaning your Car Seat Cover is easier than you think. If it's just a couple of muddy paws you can easily wipe them off with a wet cloth. If it's been a while and you think it needs some extra love, just remove from your car, and lay it down on the ground. You just need to simply hose it down and for stubborn marks use gentle soap with a soft sponge to rub them off. Hang over the clothesline and let it dry in the shade upside down.
